Exchange and Return Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
For orders placed online, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
To exercise this right, simply contact us by email at anouk.paris.montmartre@gmail.com, indicating your order number and your wish to return the item(s) concerned.
After informing us of your decision, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
2. Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the garment must be returned:
- unworn
- unwashed
- undamaged
- with its tags still attached
- in its original condition
The garment may have been tried on, as it could be in a store, but it must not have been worn for any length of time or show any signs of use, perfume, makeup, or damage.
You are liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
3. Return shipping costs
In the event of withdrawal, the direct return costs are borne by the customer.
We recommend that you use a shipping method that allows for parcel tracking and that you keep the proof of postage until receipt has been confirmed.
4. Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the returned garment, we will process the refund.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed upon with you.
In the event of a withdrawal, the refund includes the product price as well as the standard delivery costs initially paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered, the corresponding additional cost will not be refunded.
The refund may be deferred until the product is recovered or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
5. Custom and made-to-order pieces
Certain Anouk.Montmartre creations can be customized according to specific customer requests: modification of dimensions, specific choice of fabric, modification of a model element, or other requests not included in the standard options offered on the site.
When the item is made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with legal provisions.
In this case, we will clearly inform you before your order is validated.
Simple choices made from the standard options offered on a product page do not necessarily constitute personalization within the meaning of this exception.
6. Exchanges
Due to inventory management reasons and because each piece is crafted in small batches or by hand, we do not always guarantee a direct exchange of an item.
If you wish to change size or style, please contact us at anouk.paris.montmartre@gmail.com so that we may discuss the possibility of an exchange together.
When an exchange is not possible, you may exercise your right of withdrawal where applicable, and then place a new order.
7. Item received defective or incorrect
If your item has a defect, a conformity issue, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible at anouk.paris.montmartre@gmail.com, indicating your order number and, if necessary, attaching photographs of the issue.
The legal warranties applicable to consumers remain fully applicable. This return policy in no way limits your rights under the legal warranty of conformity or the warranty against hidden defects.
In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the return procedures and handling of costs will be communicated based on the situation.
